Movie Marathon

I just ended my weekend with Movie Marathon. It is been a long time since I just relax and watching my choice of movie. I did it in last two days. I already watch these movie a few time, but it is still great to watch the movie again.

13 Going 30 – Jennifer Garner and Mark Ruffalo movie. A girl become 30 years in one day and realized she is bad person. She also lost her best friend in school. Awesome job especially when they dance to Michael Jackson song, Thriller.





Ice Age 2002 – The first instalment of Ice Age series is one of my favourite animation. The original storyline with the starting friendship/family between Manny, Sid and Diego is just beautiful. The three of them meet because of human baby and become the weirdest herd ever. Love the animation and the voice, the character and especially the story line.



Ice Age 2006 – This is the second instalment of Ice Age. I prefer the first one, the continuation is not bad. I just think the story line is not that good. The herd has to survive the flood and they are going to this big ship. Manny found his mate, Elli who though she is a possum. The animation still awesome but I really think they should come out more with the storyline.

Just Like Heaven – I posted about this movie before, and I said Mark Ruffalo is great in this. Yeah! It is another Ruffalo movie, but this time the heroin is Reese Witherspoon.’ Spirit woman’ keep coming out and disturb the life of rented-apartment-man named David Abbot. He has to help the spirit woman vanish, without realizing - he fall in love with her.



Due Date – One of the most enjoyable road trip movies I ever seen. Zach and Robert are making the story more fun to watch with their totally different personality and character. Love how they build the friendship with these two guys although some of the occurrence is just ridiculous. Beautiful Grand Canyon!



The Switch – Wally and Kassie are best friend, it become a problem when Wally drunkenly hijacked Kassie pregnancy by changing his sperm with the donor sperm. Jennifer Anniston and Bateman really great and have good chemistry in the movie. Although the climax is not great, the flow of the story is excellent.



Freedom Writers – An extraordinary movie based on real life people. It is about a group of student in whose everyday in their life struggle because of the racism and gangster. A new teacher is arrives at the school and making their classroom like a family or like their home. The write their story in a journal and last of their school days, the teacher making the journal into a publish book. I can’t help but felt for this student life. Really inspiring story!
