Hansel and Gretel Witch Hunter 2013 Movie[/caption]Hansel & Gretel witch hunter brought us to the witch world where not only witch involves, there are trolls and of course witch hunter. Lead by Jeremy Renner and Emma Argentoton, the movie full with action and CGI effect. The movie focus on back story of two siblings Hansel and Gretel – they are abandoned children and really do not have any idea what happened to their parents. It reveal at the end of the story. When their parents abandoned them in the forest, they started to explore and find a candy house – ironically the owner is a witch which likes the kid to eat candy. They realise the power of the witch cannot be used against them, so they kill the witch by burn her with fire. From that point, they started their job as witch hunter.

Gemma Arterton as Gretel in Hansel and Gretel Witch Hunter 2013[/caption]I rarely like the main cast as women but Gemma Arterton play well as Gretel and I like her character more than Hansel by Jeremy Renner. Maybe she can improved more on comedy side but the story actually failed on that particular genre but the adventure of this brother and sister is memorable and good enough to making me watching all the way to the end of the movie. I like how tough the character of Gretel and his relationship with Edward is somehow adorable to watch.

Jeremy Renner as Hansel in Hansel and Gretel Witch Hunter[/caption]Jeremy Renner is not great on this film. I think his dialogue is failed and really out of character, he trying hard to be funny. I hope Mina play by Pihla Viitala not dead because I found her so gorgeous - try to check out her other films but I don't find anything interesting.
Overall Hansel and Gretel Witch Hunter is not so good on comedy side but the storyline is great and easy to understand - the main cast is enjoyable to watch and I am hoping the made a sequel to this movie because the four of them work together like at the end of the movie is something I looked forward to watch.
