Suraj Sharma known as Pi Patel in the Life Of Pi movie directed by Ang Lee. The movie also adapted from novel with the same tittle. But this time Suraj Sharma do not looks like Pi Patel, but turn out to be a model. Suraj Sharma Story :

Suraj Sharma was born and raised in New Delhi, India. His mother is economist and father is software engineer. Before the role is life of Pi, he do not have any experience in acting and he go to the audition because his brother asks him. He is is the one from 3000 actor try the character of Pi Patel. Director Ang Lee Said he is the best one from all other who tried the auditions. His performance for the movie has receive positive response and he win at Las Vegas Film Critic Society for 'Youth In Film' Category.

Life Of Pi Plot/Synopsis :

In Canada, a writer visits the Indian storyteller Pi Patel and asks him to tell his life story. Pi tells the story of his childhood in Pondicherry, India, and the origin of his nickname. One day, his father, a zoo owner, explains that the municipality is no longer supporting the zoo and he has hence decided to move to Canada, where the animals the family owns would also be sold. They board on a Japanese cargo ship with the animals and out of the blue, there is a storm, followed by a shipwrecking. Pi survives in a lifeboat with a zebra, an orangutan, a hyena and a male Bengal tiger nicknamed Richard Parker. They are adrift in the Pacific Ocean, with aggressive hyena and Rickard Parker getting hungry. Pi needs to find a way to survive.
